Form of request for ticket refund.

This form is designed to initiate the procedure of refund of tickets purchased exclusively through the corporate website of JSC "Uzbekistan airways".

If your ticket was purchased in JSC "Uzbekistan airways" sales office or through third-party sites, please contact the seller for the ticket refund.

In case of return of air tickets issued at non-refundable fares, only published airport taxes on unused sections of transportation are subject to return.

The amount of your refund is determined by the terms of the rate and depends on the date of ticket purchase or the flights already taken.

This form should not be used in order to know about the cost of the ticket refund or the amount of the refund. After you submit this form your reservation will be cancelled.

Refunds are made to the card from which the payment for the returned ticket / EMD was made within 5 business days.
